THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Board members are entrusted to oversee the maintenance of the building, secure adequate insurance coverage, budget expenditures and maintain financial records. Appropriate rules are established to ensure that safe and comfortable living conditions are respected by co-owners and their visitors. The board meets frequently throughout the year and an Annual General Meeting with all co-owners is held in December to review general matters, financial status and conduct elections of members.
