Un conseil d’administration composé de 5 copropriétaires, est élu pour un mandat de deux ans, les termes étant décalés, afin d’assurer la continuité dans la gestion du building. Tous les travaux majeurs nécessaires sont contractés par des professionnels, cependant notre concierge voit aux besoins urgents des copropriétaires et résidents.
ABOUT THE BUILDING
Built in 1982, the Aristocrate condominium is composed of 133 elegant condos, located next to the magnificent Lac Saint-Louis in Pointe Claire, Quebec. The building offers a variety of lovely layouts for its luxurious suites. With the available activities, facilities, on site secretary, superintendent, and live in concierge, the Aristocrate is a great place to call home.
A board of directors, comprised of 5 co-owners, is elected for a term of 2 years, with the terms being staggered, in order to ensure continuity in running the building. All necessary major maintenance is contracted out the professionals, however, our live in concierge is there for any urgent needs of the co-owners/residents.
